As the title says, I was terminated on 1/31 and received a check in the mail that included my salary from 1/16-1/31 and my 120 hours of PTO. I just checked my bank account and noticed they paid me again for 1/16-1/31 via direct deposit. Is there any action this employer can take against me regarding their mistake?
