I enjoy shopping at thrift stores and love finding a good bargain. Whether it's buying a piece of furniture for the house and restoring/repurposing it, maybe buying some DVD's, a random knick-knack, even some clothes that are broken in and fit perfectly.

Does your financial situation matter when shopping at these stores? I am not struggling financially but sometimes I feel like if I find something that is used and a great deal and I purchase it but then I feel guilty that someone that needs it more than I do could want/need it. (I suppose whether I make the purchase or not, there's no guarantee who will actually get the item in the future)

On the flip side, I like to think just by making purchases to these stores that I already am helping someone in need.

Anyone else ever feel like this? Just looking for comments/thoughts on this.

Thanks in advance!
