Finally in the process of leaving this horrible fucking bank. Opened up accounts at a local Police and Fire Credit Union. They are willing to transfer all my debt/credit and adjust it to their rates so i will be paying less a month while also paying more principal on payments. Also re-financing my auto loan through them...it’s amazing how good it can make you feel when you leave a horrible bank. Wells Fargo are nothing but criminals, with horrible customer service, good riddance.
