We keep our house on the cool end to help with heating costs so I always have a sweater on but suffer from cold hands and feet. A friend recommended a hot water bottle (~$13) and it has changed my life. I keep it on my lap to warm my hands and tuck it by my feet when I go to bed. It's helped me to complain less about the cold and keeps our heating bill down!
