I'm currently exploring my options to address the mountain of debt that I am in, which are as follows: 1)Personal Loan- $18,780.00@8.7% 2)Personal Loan- $5,000@18.5% 3)Personal Loan- $4,775@22% 4)Credit Card(Chase)- $4,970@4% 5)Credit Card(BofA)- $1,800@16.7% 6)Credit Card(Credit Union)- $1,200@10% 7)Auto Loan- $15,230@5% 8)Mortgage- $1,100/Month@3.5% 9)Auto Insurance- $150/monthly 10)Daycare-$540/monthly

I am 27, in the military, and went through a nasty divorce/custody battle which I have spent over $28k on. Majority of that cost is from the custody battle which is still an on-going issue. Another large portion is from poor choices I made which has led me here seeking advice... I am highly considering filing chapter 7 bankruptcy being that I am unable to pay my bills. I bring home $4300/monthly but once I factor in all of my bills, gas, food etc I come up short. I would love to get rid of my vehicle but that has been a challenge being that I am upside down on the loan. I currently have my son 50/50 and on the days he is with his mom I was working 2 part time jobs on top of my military job as an aircraft mechanic but that became exhausting and I was having trouble keeping up. So now I buy and resell online but that makes me a nominal amount. From looking at these numbers, what advice do you have for me? Is it worth filing bankruptcy based on that amount of debt? I am seeking a practical part time job to work, but being that my military job often keeps me at work past our "schedule" it is difficult finding something that will work around that. Also, I am not willing to work part time on days I have my son.
