It is a chilly 2 degrees C (35F) in Southern England today. A friend asked me if I could paint there garden fence panels with some 'clear fence protector'. Would it be considered to cold to be worth applying this when the weather is this cold? It will likely fall below zero tonight also, there is also forecast of rain/snow tomorrow (Although the tins say quick drying). Bit of a novice on this, just after some advice.
