Hi BIFL, long time lurker here. Short story is I have a dog who likes to tear up bed linen and need a new duvet/duvet cover. Specifically, she has torn hole through our duvet, which was a gift and is low quality (very thin, low thread count). We've patched it up a few times, but it's time for a BIFL solution. Unfortunately, "Dog scratch resistance" isn't a commonly listed specification, so I was hoping someone here might have some insight. She also scratches at the couch, leather chair, and thicker cotton blankets without tearing them, but has torn linen sheets before. Right now we just keep the bedroom door closed, but I'd prefer to not have to worry about it, and it's time for an upgrade anyway. I've searched a bit on this sub and there are great recommendations for quality duvets, but I can't find one that deals specifically with the durability of the fabric. Thanks in advance!
