I'm shopping furniture (First time ever needing to). But I'm trying to avoid IKEA because I don't want to get a bunch of cheap stuff that I'll have to replace later.
I also don't want to get ripped off, I have a strong suspicion that furniture is one of those things that you can end up paying way more than its actually worth (like mattresses).
What do you guys recommend? I've been suggested Crate&Barrel and Restoration Hardware from a family member... Both have very beautiful furniture, but I'm not sure if its BIFL or if its overpriced.
