Just a little word of experience. I moved my 401k from an agressive portfolio into a safe short term the day before the big 500 point decline a few weeks ago. I thought, haha, look how smart I am, the market's going to keep tanking. Well it's rebounded plus more. I moved at 22,300 and the market is now up to 24,800. My missed opportunity.
