I’ve been with Wells since I was a kid. They have screwed me for the last time. I’m an airline pilot and had called them years ago stating that I travel weekly for work and to put that in their notes or whatever. Previously they had declined my card and left me stranded when I was far from home. Most of the time it would be a $5 purchase to set off their super clever fraud department. Just now, in San Diego, they declined a Bird Scooter rental for $5. I’d like to find a new bank. I like cash rewards cuz I don’t need flight miles and I have no time to travel for fun anyway. I live in SoCal. Really appreciate your suggestions!
