Long story short my sister is looking for an apartment of her own. She was looking up her credit score and found quite a few cards open under her name that definitely weren't hers. We narrowed it down it 100% sure being our mom. What are the next steps to exposing her without her knowing until it's time? What type of legal action do we need to take? She also lives a state over.. so theres a few bumps but we need try something.
