My father passed away Monday. I’ve been searching for the will but can’t find it anywhere yet. Everyone knows his wishes was for everything to go to my kids, neither my brother or sister has an issue with this. I know retirement accounts etc they are set as beneficiary but I don’t know how to deal with the house. Basically my brother and sister should sign off saying they don’t want anything (they’ve told me a couple things they want and I said they absolutely can have them.)
