I apologize if this doesn’t quite fit here, but I need a little help. A little background first. I’m 24, single, live alone (aside from my dog), and make 62K before taxes. I work nights and work anywhere between 10-12 hours a night, five days a week. My lease is about to run out on my current apartment, which I moved into kind of as a last minute thing. I had to move for work and it was my first time living alone. I went way overboard with the apartment and pay way too much.
I’m considering financing a nice camper trailer, around 28-34 feet, and renting a lot at an RV park. I would be saving several hundred dollars doing this and would also be putting the money toward owning something instead of renting. So my question is, has anyone here done this or currently do this? Does this actually sound like a viable option?
