Just wondering if anyone has done this, or similar. I got a pretty heavy (120 lb) punching bag and want to hang it in my garage from the ceiling. Obviously I'm going to secure into one of the ceiling joists but I'm just not sure the best procedure, or best hardware to use really. Any advice is appreciated. via /r/DIY http://bit.ly/2AxSVjh
