Been having issues with a dentist office for awhile now. They were supposed to refund me for a cavity filling $252.09, and it's been taking forever.
Today, the doctor said it would take another week for a check and said they can process a refund on my card asap. So I gave them my cc details and exp date (no security code.)
Later, I'm CHARGED 252.09 by some RANDOM dentist office in CT. Called my card company, had it flagged as a fraud charge and card cancelled etc.
But what the fuck?
