Hello. Thank you in advance for your help.

My wife's sister died leaving us her apartment in NYC (valued at 800k) and her bank accounts (about 300k).

I am 23. My wife is 24.

I'm a full time employee. She's not. She's a professional model earning roughly 250k/year and I'm an entertainment agent making 215k/year. We live in our house in SF that we own. It's value is roughly 2.5m according to Zillow.

Here's our rough monthly expenses:

2k food 3k power 6k savings/vangaurd 6k student loan payment 900 jetsmarter membership 5k my car payments 3k her car payments 2-3k party supplies 2k sending money to family

So we spend a decent amount of cash that I think is sustainable considering our situation. My wife doesn't work full time so she can take more jobs if we need to. I wanted opinions on how we could deal with the windfall and how our current situation is looking.

Thanks!
