We've been carting 5 gallon jugs to the store and refilling at the filtered water stations. Pretty inexpensive at $2/per 5 gallon jug. With the holidays, we haven't had time to get by and have been drinking straight from the tap for a couple of weeks.
I know it would be more convenient to have a Brita pitcher and purchase replacement filters, it doesn't seem to have much cost difference, I'm wondering about the difference in the water itself.
Originally got the water dispensing machine and jugs because I have a copper sensitivity. But ot looks like these filters also filter out copper? Wondering also about taste difference.
