https://ift.tt/2KPp0qI nearing the end of a dining room table build and have run into a little snag. The structure of the table can be seen in the photo (sorry for poor picture). After assembly (all glued up) it turns out that the main long stretcher on the bottom has a very slight twist that resulted in the two shorter horizontal legs at the bottom not being parallel to the floor. Therefore the table rocks back and forth. When three feet are squarely planted, the fourth one is in the air between a quarter and a half an inch. I am going to put 4x4 feet at the end of each horizontal leg and could correct this with the two opposing corners having thicker and thinner feet than the others but I think fixing half an inch like this may be visually noticeable. The other option I considered is trimming down one of the shorter horizontal legs so that it's height tapers to accommodate the difference.Any other ideas out there? Thanks! via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2BOt1ck
