My boyfriend and I really enjoy doing puzzles together. I was thinking that this really is a pretty frugal hobby when you think of how much time you get out of the puzzle.
We have been doing 1000 piece puzzles in designs that we like, and have been gluing them together and hanging them on the wall. So for the price of a puzzle (~10-20 dollars, even cheaper if you buy them at dollar stores, are less picky about the designs), we get an activity that we can spend hours together doing and also a decoration for our bland apartment walls!
Just thought I’d share my love for cheap fun that doubles as decor :)
