just moved to a new house, lightes/outlets working fine, no breakers tripping ... but when i added a UPS it said line fault even tho it works.so i discovered with the volt meter that the ground-hot measures like 50-60v - so i guess the ground kind of works... this is with every outlet , except the kitchen/batch GFCI which test normal ... all circuits end in the same panel and i can see a line (i'm guessing the ground) goes to the steak in the ground and one to a pipe hose bib ...i didnt open the panel all the way ... but is there any way to guess if the problem is in the panel or somewhere else ? via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2PJrN5A
