what is wrong with the SEC website? I have tried 4 different browsers, cleared my cache, cookies, etc. yet after filling out all the questions, when I go to select "next" it says "A connection to the server has failed. (status=403)". ALL fields have been filled in...Does anyone have an actual phone number to a live human being for the SEC?
