About three months ago, I sold 4 concert tickets to someone, we settled through PayPal after I requested the funds and I then transferred tickets to him via Ticketmaster app to the email associated with his PayPal account.
About two weeks ago, I received a notification from PayPal that this guy is disputing the transaction stating he didn’t authorize the transaction. I then sent PP screenshots of funds request and Ticketmaster transfer but PP sided with him stating “Intangible goods or services are not covered under Seller Protection.”
WTF! I now owe PP $1,000 + $20 transaction fee.
What do I do? Can I dispute this with my Bank as well?
