Don’t know if this is the right place or not, but my girlfriend got fired today because her boss sucks. Her boss tells her to take breaks or lay on the floor. So today she calls hr saying that she’s taker longer breaks then what she’s supposed to be taking. I guess HR told her that the owner will probably take her to court to pay back from when she was sitting around. Is this actually a thing.
