Hey guys,
I’m a 24 y/o currently working consulting at a big 4. Recently got an offer out of consulting and into a Bank with roughly 50%+ pay increase.
I love my current job but the comp has been lacking. Is it bad practice to try and receive a counter offer to stay? I’ve seen some negative comments here and there about why you shouldn’t take a counter offer. Thoughts?
