I have a credit score of 536 due to horrible spending habits and ~25k in debt. The company I work for has recently went public. What’s the fastest way to rebuild credit?

So the company i work for went public and I am now gaining access to a six figure balance. What’s the best way to raise my credit score? Should I pay off everything at once and invest the rest minus a rainy day fund?
