I have a GermGuardian air purifier, one of the 3 in 1 full room air purifiers. They recommend changing the HEPA air filters every 6-8 months.
I know NOTHING about the technology of air purifiers, but do I always need to do that? Can I just clean all the dust out of the filter and keep using it? I don't entirely think the company is a disinterested party, but maybe the technology is such I should do it.
