Hello everyone! I'm hoping to make a somewhat different post here.
I recently got my full deposit back from my previous apartment. After depositing half of it into my savings account and buying a new TV for my bedroom, I still have a couple hundred dollars floating around that I'd really like to put into making my apartment more comfortable.
For some context, a few months ago we hit some tough times financially. Thankfully we're out of those times now. Last month, I sprung for a queen size bed and new sheet set. Next purchase will probably be a new dresser, but I've also bought a few posters and knickknacks to bring a little life and personality into the apartment.
I'm just asking for something useful that every budget-conscious household should have. I have a Soda Stream and a slimline water tank for my fridge. What else can I purchase to make living on a budget a little easier? Any must-haves for the budget-conscious apartment? It can be anything!
