So I know this probably is the wrong subreddit for this, please point me elsewhere, if so.
My work currently provides health insurance without dental and vision. How should I go about specifically getting JUST dental? It’s been a couple years since I have had my teeth cleaned (they still seem ok) and I have been going to doctors for ear/jaw pain, without any being able to figure anything out. Starting to thinking maybe I need someone from a dental-related area to check things out.
If my work provides the basic health coverage, how do I go about getting a dental-only plan for myself?
