Hello, I hope I'm at the right subreddit expressing this concern. My friend told me that her employer informed her that she won't receive her first paycheck till after 75 days. Is that even legal? She's a contractor working for a pharmaceutical company based in California. She was hired through an agency. Any advise is welcomed, thank you!
