Hi,Yesterday I installed water hammer arrestors along with new washing machine hoses. I noticed that there is a small leak where one of the hoses meets the hot water connection tap. I tried tightening it (maybe a bit too much) and the leak slowed down but did not go away completely. I feel like I should not have had to tighten it so much in the first place. I didnt have this problem for the cold water hose.I did not put any teflon tape on the connections, which might be the issue.
