We have a new Kitchen Aid mixer and a second one that was made in the 80’s. The older one is far better. The build quality is about the same but the motor is not. The new mixer starts to struggle mixing anything involving more then two cups of flour. The old one doesn’t skip a beat.
Anyone else notice this?
