I am getting a windfall of about 20,000 USD and I am not plannng to spend this money over the next 10 years at least, so I plan to put it into US, European and Asian stocks (Vanguard ETFs).
Given the market situation now, does it make sense to put everything into those ETFs right away, or buy those ETFs slowly in equal instalments over the next 3/6/12/24 months?
