What screener settings do you use to shortlist Value and growth stocks for analysis?

I use the following settings on Fidelity's screener:

Zack's rank: Strong buy

Current ratio>2

Debt to equity <.5

P/E < 15

Can anyone review this and suggest better a approach, please?

It's moronic Monday, the Wednesday edition, your chance to ask any of those questions that you're embarrassed to ask in real life.
The DOW has been hitting record highs my 401k is doing pretty good, I for the most part leave it alone. However the stock market seems to go in 10yr cycles, it can't keep at the levels it's been as of late or can it? Is there anything I can do with my 401k before the next large dip?
What is your ballpark guess as to when the major economic recession will happen?
