I got a text from the number 937-33, apparently Wells Fargo, asking me to reply with "Y" if I recognized some purchases (I did recognize them, message included the name of sellers + the exact prices I paid). I impulsively replied "Y," and it didn't ask me to enter any info like most phishing scams.
I'm like 80% sure this was legit since the message included the last 4 digits of my card, but I just wanted to make sure. I've never received a text after making purchases before this one, though this one was nearly $400. Has this happened to anyone before?
EDIT: This looks legit, as there is a record of it in my Wells Fargo app. Likely got the message because of high spending amount and/or purchasing outside of the US. Going to keep this here in case anyone else runs into this.
