You need to first find your energy usage and find a plan that rewards that zone of energy usage.

My usage is between 500-1000kwh so my plan cost 25$ if i hit that range. If I use 499w my bill goes UP to 60$. If I use 10001w my bill goes UP 200$. If I use 500-999 kwh my bill is exactly 25.80$ everymonth including tax.
