I just started a new job -- my first in the professional world and I bought all several days with of clothes figuring after a couple weeks I'd have a better idea. That has not been the case for me. So I'm still working on that nshoesmwere wear I thought I was most prepared but that appears to be a lie. There is just a huge range of what people wear from jeans abd t-shirts to suits. I'll be figuring that out later but for now i was hoping for some advice for footwear.

My job requires lots of time on my feet and as such people have taken to wearing just like athletic sneakers which would make my feet happy becaus u could actually wear my custom orthodics. I'm the kind of person that tends to plan my outfit around my shoes so the idea of wrecking an outfit by just wearing running shoes.

I have a couple pairs of Tom's that I've been wearing and also I picked up a pair of Oxford type Clark's I assumed would comfortable wh but they're just cutting up my feet.

Tldr: I'm not sure what is appropriate clothes wise but it definitely seems for comforts sake even sneakers are acceptable I'm hoping for something still supportive and comfortable (and maybe even fit my orthodox) with ought making it look like I forgot to grab my work shoes when I went to the gym. We're hopefully moving into colder weather so more fall appropriate choices are ideal but I'm not.opposed to some.sandal recommendations either.

also I'm a huge fan of like boot like shoes? i'm not surd if that's appropriate>
