I recently acquired a LG LP1013WNR air conditioner that is portable.I had it set up and used it last night and...it leaked all over. Apparently I was supposed to use the drain hole and connect it to the outside. Doh.According to the manual, it says..." This product has a self-evaporative system. The condensing water will be recycled to cool the condenser. This can not only improve cooling efficiency, but also save energy for you."So is there a means of using this air conditioner unit without a drain hose?There's also apparently a bottom drain port."When the internal water collection tank is full , the LED display will show FL and the air conditioner will turn off until the tank is emptied."Does that mean I can technically use this aircon in cool mode without having to use a drain hose connected outside? via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2xhltfc
