Hi everyone and thanks in advance!I am updating the ceiling light fixtures in my old condo and everything was going well I came across this bugger (https://ift.tt/2xf3QMz). The fixture is flush with the ceiling, those two screws just spin and don't catch (or release) anything. And inside the two holes is a straight bar mounting bracket to attach to the receptacle, however there are no screws visible (sorry the pic is blurry, not much wiggle room for my phone for a picture) .Edit: Sorry for the confusion but those screws/threaded rods just spin and don't feel like they are attached to anything.It doesn't rotate, wiggle or budge (might be the most well built thing in this condo yet!)Any help would be greatly appreciated!
