At the bar, I’ll tip $1 for a drink that only requires pouring, and $2 for a mixed drink.
For takeout I typically do not tip.
At restaurants I tip 15% pretax for average service, and 20-25% for outstanding service. The highest I’ve ever tipped was 33%. If the service was pretty bad, I’ll tip 10%, and if it was horrendous, then I’ll just tip anywhere between a penny and a quarter.
