I'll cut straight to the point. I net $4,441 a month after taxes, insurance, and 401k (8% pre-tax, employer matched) is taken out. 1 Bedroom apartments near me are around $1300-$1500 a month. This would be between 29.2%-33.7% of my net income. What do you all think? And no, I do not wish to live with roommates.
