As the title says, I'm switching my dryer from a 3-pring setup to a 4-prong. Every single tutorial I find online suggests that there should be a white wire come from inside the dryer that is connected to the frame of the machine. Nearly all the tutorial I find say that when installing a 4-pring cord, that white wire should be connected to the neutral (white) terminal. However, that cord is actually GREEN on my dryer. (typically means ground right?) Should I still hook that up to the neutral terminal or should I leave it attached to the frame, along with the green ground wire from the new 4-pringed cord? via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2Mhf1cK
