HiNot sure if this is the right place for this, but here goes.....In a nutshell. I'm renovating a bathroom, the floor of which is of a wet area material, and originally flowed into the round hole in the attached picture. I am installing a bath/shower combo, and had to cut into the floor to access the waste pipe for the bath and connect it to the existing pipe.https://ift.tt/2oV7szr question is, is there a semi-easy way I can prevent general bathroom runoff water from now going down this hole and straight into the floorboards? Obviously after I put in the Bath side panel i'll silicon seal it, and that would probably suffice, but if someone comes a long and moves the side panel and doesn't reseal it not knowing the hole is there, they'll get water, eventually, dripping down. (I'm renovating to sell the house)I'm kind of a little bit stuck about this one? Any advice/help is appreciated. I'm sorry if this is against a text post. via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2x0QymF
