Hi all, so I’m nearing my college graduation and entering the workforce. I’m wondering if someone could help explain the different types of retirement plans (401k, Types of IRA) and healthcare plans (HMO, HSA, HRA)? I want to educate/prepare myself before signing up for these various plans once I start working. Also if someone could provide any tips to help maximize financial savings that would be much appreciated.
