I am going through purchasing my new home as we speak. The payment a month is very affordable plus utilities costs added in. I have never been the best at saving money. Anyone with experience have any good tips with how you managed your money while paying on a house, and keeping money to side to keep in mind things can mess up. (Water heaters, Units) Anything is better than nothing at all. Thank you.
