Need some help, please! I'm 30 years old, just received a raise to 70k a year, but this includes no health insurance and no 401k. How would you handle this situation to your retirement liking?

I live in Florida. I do not have ANY current retirement account set up. I'm aware I should definitely start an IRA, but I'm unsure of the best route to go. Currently, my expenses for the month are around $2k and I am able to save roughly the other $2k each month. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
