I forgot to file a return on a total of $2000 salary salary that I received between Aug-Dec 2017 as a TA in college. Can I do it now?

I got $500 minus some taxes per month for a four month job as a Teaching Assistant in college. I kept delaying it until the deadline passed. What do I do? Can I pay some sort of late fee and file my return now?

Edit: this is the only money I earned in the 2017 calendar year, no other income.
