My partner and I are renovating the house we bought and as such I am spending a lot of time on Freecycle. One lady posted this coffee machine worth £600 (one of those with an inbuilt water reservoir and steaming wand) said the amount of coffee per cup is less than an espresso. She didn't think it could be fixed so bought a new one.
We took this one home, did some googling, turns out it needed a part replacing and it cost £4. We replaced if ourselves and it's as good as new! Super proud of this find!
