One of my dearest friends moved to the house next door from me a few months ago, and since we live so close by, we’ve gotten into the habit of taking walks around our neighborhood to catch up, talk about or days, or vent about respective SOs- this costs us nothing, gets us out of the house, neither of us are on our phones, and it beats the hell out of what we did before she moved here, which was always attached with going out to eat. It’s not a mind blowing idea (my mom had a walking buddy for 7 years before she moved away) but it hit me last night on our walk how much damn value a single simple action can create, all without spending a thing. Our walks usually clock in at 30-60 mins once a week, but they always leave me feeling productive and connected!

TL/DR: What no/low cost activities give you the most value for your time?
