My friend who is a Marine didn't have his own bank account so he asked us to cash his checks from his job through our account. We were cashing them for him for about seven weeks when all of a sudden the boss claims that the checks are fraudulent and that he never signed them, despite them all being signed, and now Chase has locked us out of our accounts during the investigation. My friend obviously worked for those seven weeks so I highly doubt the checks were fake. Anyway, now we are locked out and I can't get access to my direct deposits going into the account. What can I do? He won't answer the phone, I called his home and his wife hung up on me and he won't answer calls on his cell.
