I'm stressed out every day about this. I moved out a year ago and am making 45k so I figured I was good to get a place with 1k rent per month. This was a bad idea, as I didn't realize my CC checks were charging interest, plus I was in a bad time and have had expenses since then(while simultaneously just spacing out paying more than the minimum.
So now I am 10k debt and am stressed out...roughly every minute of every day. I am working now to pay off as much as I can, but I think the 12 months no interest ends this next month so I'm worried I'm all the sudden going to be paying 1/2 or more of what I even have every month to throw at this. I am going to put most of my security deposit that I get back soon towards it, and plan to put my tax money into it when that comes up. I'm just so damn stressed and am only 23 and supposed to be the responsible kid. I haven't told anyone and probably won't, but I don't know what else to do.
A this point I'm thinking of trying to find a job at a different company that is comparable to my own, just so I can put the ~3500 dollars in my 401K towards it.
